Clopidogrel

Irreversibler Hemmer des ADP-P2Y12-Rezeptors auf Thrombozyten. Verhindert ADP-vermittelte Thrombozytenaggregation dauerhaft für die Lebensdauer der Thrombozyten (7–10 Tage).

Anwendungsgebiete

• Secondary prevention after MI and stroke
• Coronary artery disease (post-stenting)
• Peripheral arterial disease
• Acute coronary syndrome (with aspirin)

Natürliche Alternative

Knoblauch, Ingwer und Omega-3-Fettsäuren haben antithrombotische Wirkung, sind aber klinisch nicht mit Clopidogrel vergleichbar. Ginkgo hemmt PAF (thrombozytenaggregierend). Diese Mittel können das Blutungsrisiko erhöhen und sind kein Ersatz nach Stent-Implantation.
