Natürliche Alternative

Pflanzliche Antiasthmatika können unterstützen (Thymian, Efeu, Boswellia bei Asthma klinisch untersucht), sind aber kein gleichwertiger Ersatz für ICS. Boswellia (Weihrauch) zeigt 70% Reduktion von Asthmaattacken in einer RCT.
